Refund/Cancelation Policy We will provide refunds based on circumstances such as not providing proofs by specified dates, customer unsatisfied with direction of the project, or other situations that we agree to. In the case of a refund or cancellation we will charge a fee based on the stage of the project when the refund is requested. If you decide you no longer would like our services before we provide the first proof we will charge you a $25 fee for anytime spent and refund you the remaining amount, after the first proof we will charge you 25% fee, 50% after the second proof, or 75% if you request a refund after we have already provided 3 or more proofs and updates on your design. We simply have to charge for hours spent on the design. Only exceptions made will be if agreed to by us.   Shipping Policy Jersey design artwork will be sent directly to Raza or your printing company of choice. Logos, and other artwork will be sent digitally by the delivery date specified in the design agreement. We can provide hard copies on a DVD-ROM of all your work for an additional $25 which is recommended for backup purposes as we only hold on to customers artwork for a limited time. If you request a DVD-ROM it will be mailed USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
